Behind Perspective Catalyst — Abhinav Roy

The Coach

Behind Perspective Catalyst

The person behind the practice — and what brought him here.

The most meaningful moments in my career have always been about people — a conversation that unlocks something, a question that shifts a perspective, a moment when someone finds their own clarity. Coaching chose me as much as I chose it. Pursuing my ICF credentials — first ACC, then PCC — gave that instinct a language, a discipline, and a purpose.

I do not arrive with answers. I arrive with presence.

My coaching creates a space where you can slow down, examine what is really happening, and reconnect with what matters. Whether you are standing at a threshold — in your career, your leadership, or within yourself — the work is always yours. I simply hold the space and ask the questions that help you find your own way forward.

Two threads run through everything I do: mindfulness and storytelling. Mindfulness is the discipline of presence, slowing down enough to see what is actually here rather than what we fear or assume. Storytelling is the craft of perspective. Each of us carries a story about our situation, and that story quietly decides what feels possible. In our work together, we notice the story you are telling yourself, honour what is true in it, and explore whether it is the only one available. When the story shifts, the way forward often follows.

ICF Professional Certified Coach with 2,000+ coaching hours. My practice is grounded in the ICF Code of Ethics — presence, deep listening, and powerful questions are at the heart of every conversation.

I am a Certified Yoga Instructor — and that practice has taught me that clarity comes from stillness, not speed. I am passionate about sports journalism and have been learning music — the discipline of rhythm and attentiveness has made me a sharper, more present coach. These are not separate from my work. They are part of how I see the world, and how I show up in every conversation.
